As a professional florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent for delivery in the United States and Canada on all products.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement . All you need to do is notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.



Delivery Policy- A local delivery fee of $11.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this fee may vary)U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient’s time zone to ensure same – day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. For guaranteed specific timed deliveries there is an additional fee. Only one delivery attempt will be made after which the recipient will be required to pick up the order in store or pay for an additional delivery attempt.

 

Flower Policy – Please note that flowers may come in different stages of opening (from closed to partially open). We pride ourselves on having the freshest and long lasting flowers.  Colors of flowers in pictures may be inverted if needed. Substitution of flowers or hard goods (vase, balloons, etc.) will require approval from customer before delivery.

 

Holiday Hours - To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday seasons, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
